兵馬都監樂繼能密奏其事，上遣閣門副使武懷節馳騎會鎮、趙之兵，偽稱巡邊，直入定州，行友不之覺。 The army-and-horse supervisory commissioner Yue Jineng secretly reported the matter. The emperor sent Vice Commissioner of the Inner Gate Wu Huaijie riding at speed to join the forces of Zhen and Zhao, falsely claiming a frontier inspection, and entered Dingzhou directly.
