眭誇馮亮鄭修崔廓子賾徐則張文詡 Suikua, Feng Liang, Zheng Xiu, Cui Kuo, Cui Ze, Xu Ze, and Zhang Wenxu

案《魏書》列眭誇、馮亮、李謐、鄭脩為《逸士傳》。 The History of Wei lists Suikua, Feng Liang, Li Mi, and Zheng Xiu in its 'Biographies of Hermits.'

鄭修，北海人也。 Zheng Xiu was a man of Beihai.

岐州刺史魏蘭根頻遣致命，修不得已，暫出見蘭根，尋還山舍。 Prefect of Qi Wei Langen repeatedly sent urgent summons; Xiu had no choice but to come out briefly to see Langen, then soon returned to his mountain dwelling.

蘭根申表薦修，明帝詔付雍州刺史蕭寶夤訪實以聞。 Langen submitted a memorial recommending Xiu; Emperor Ming ordered Prefect of Yong Province Xiao Baoyin to verify the facts and report back.
