《後漢書》是一部記載東漢歷史的紀傳體史書。書中分十紀、八十列傳和八志（司馬彪續作）。紀和列傳的作者是南朝劉宋時的范曄。北宋真宗時，有人把晉朝司馬彪的《續漢書》八志三十卷與之合刊，成為今天的《後漢書》。

The Book of Later Han is a biographical history that chronicles the Eastern Han dynasty. The book consists of ten imperial annals, eighty biographies, and eight monographs (continued by Sima Biao) Fan Ye, writing during the Liu Song dynasty of the Southern Dynasties, authored the imperial annals and biographies. During Emperor Zhenzong's reign in the Northern Song, the thirty volumes of eight monographs from Sima Biao's Xu Han Shu of the Jin dynasty were combined with Fan Ye's work, creating the Book of Later Han we know today.
