邊將阿魯帶率兵詰之，夏廂官吳明契、信陵都、卜祥、徐餘立等伏兵三千於澗中，阿魯帶口中流矢而死，取其弓甲而去。 Border general A Ludai led troops to interrogate them; Xia vice-prefecture officers Wu Mingqi, Xinlindu, Bu Xiang, and Xu Yuli lay in ambush with three thousand men in a ravine. A Ludai took an arrow in the mouth and died, and they took his bow and armor and withdrew.

詔索殺阿魯帶者，夏人處以徒刑，詔索之不已，夏人乃殺明契等。 An edict demanded those who had killed A Ludai; Xia punished them with penal servitude. When demands continued unabated, Xia then executed Mingqi and the others.
