阿敏道，圖爾格期氏，蒙古鑲紅旗人，世居察哈爾。 A Mindao, of the Turguci clan, belonged to the Mongol Bordered Red Banner. His family had long lived in Chahar.

乾隆元年，準噶爾乞和，撤軍，阿敏道還京，授鑲藍旗察哈爾總管。 In the first year of the Qianlong reign the Zunghars sued for peace and the army withdrew. A Mindao returned to the capital and was appointed commander of the Chahar Bordered Blue Banner.
