三年，戶部郎中奧屯阿虎言：「諸色遷官並與女直一體，而有司不奉，妄生分別，以至上下相疑。」 In the third year, Ministry of Revenue Director Aotun Ahu said, "Officials of every background should be treated like Jurchens when transferring posts, but the responsible offices ignore this, invent distinctions, and breed mutual suspicion."
