使拔高速等襲宋主於揚州，而宋主聞之，比拔高速至揚州，前夕已渡江矣。 Bagaosu and others were sent to make a surprise attack on the Song ruler at Yangzhou, but the Song ruler learned of it and had already crossed the Yangtze the night before Bagaosu reached Yangzhou.
