與郎坦還奏，上命寧古塔將軍巴海、副都統薩布素，建木城於黑龍江、呼瑪爾，調取所部兵一千五百人往駐焉。 On their return the emperor ordered Ningguta General Bahai and Deputy Lieutenant-General Sa Bu Su to build wooden forts on the Heilongjiang and at Hurka and posted fifteen hundred of their troops there.
