庚辰，立皇子寶義爲晉安王，寶玄爲江夏王，寶源爲廬陵王，寶夤爲建安王，寶融爲隨郡王，寶攸爲南平王。 Day gengchen: Bao Yi was made prince of Jin'an; Bao Xuan, prince of Jiangxia; Bao Yuan, prince of Luling; Bao Yin, prince of Jian'an; Bao Rong, prince of Suizhou; Bao You, prince of Nanping.

九月己丑，改封南平王寶攸爲邵陵王，蜀郡王子文爲西陽王，廣漢王子峻爲衡陽王，臨海王昭秀爲巴陵王，永嘉王昭粲爲桂陽王。 Ninth month, day jichou: Prince Bao You of Nanping became prince of Shaoling; Prince Ziwen of Shu became prince of Xiyang; Prince Zijun of Guanghan became prince of Hengyang; Prince Zhaoxiu of Linhai became prince of Baling; Prince Zhaocan of Yongjia became prince of Guiyang.

二月乙丑，以冠軍長史王茂先爲江州刺史，冠軍將軍曹景宗爲郢州刺史，右將軍邵陵王寶攸爲荊州刺史。 On yichou of the second month, Wang Maoxian, chief clerk to the General Who Vanquishes the Foe, was made governor of Jiang Province; General Who Vanquishes the Foe Cao Jingzong was made governor of Ying Province; and General of the Right the Prince of Shaoling, Bao You, was made governor of Jing Province.

辛丑，鄱陽王寶寅奔虜，邵陵王寶攸、晉熙王寶嵩、桂陽王寶貞伏誅。 On xinchou, Prince Baoyin of Poyang fled to the northern enemy; Prince Baoyou of Shaoling, Prince Baosong of Jinxi, and Prince Baozhen of Guiyang were executed.

邵陵王寶攸字智宣，明帝第九子也。 Bao You, Prince of Shaoling, whose style name was Zhixuan, was Emperor Ming's ninth son.

建武元年，封南平郡王。 In the first year of Jianwu (494) he was enfeoffed as Prince of Nanping.
