賓天之日，皇后傳顧命於太師、太平王、右丞相、答剌罕燕帖木兒，太保、浚寧王、知樞密院事伯顏等，謂聖體彌留，益推固讓之初誌，以宗社之重，屬諸大兄忽都篤皇帝之世嫡。 On the day he ascended to Heaven, the empress transmitted the final command to Grand Preceptor, Prince of Taiping, right chancellor, and dalaqan Yan Temür, Grand Guardian, Prince of Jünning, and privy council administrator Bayan, and others, saying the sacred person was critically lingering and should further advance the original intent of firm yielding; for the weight of altars and state, the charge was placed upon the legitimate heir in the line of the Great Elder Brother Emperor Qoshila.

以伯顏為徽政使，依前開府儀同三司、浚寧王、太保、錄軍國重事、知樞密院事。 Bayan was made Huizheng Court commissioner, continuing as before as Commissioner with the Ceremonial Protocol Equal to the Three Excellencies, Prince of Jünning, Grand Guardian, recorder of state affairs of military importance, and privy council administrator.
