时杭城荐经灾毁，别兒怯不花先为相，庶务宽纾，朵兒只继之，咸仍其旧，民心翕然。 Hangzhou had repeatedly suffered disaster and ruin. Bieqiebuha had first served as chief minister and eased the multitude of affairs; Duo'erzhi succeeded him and continued as before, and the people's hearts were united.

监察御史劾奏别兒怯不花，章甫上，黜御史大夫懿怜真班为江浙行省平章政事。 Investigating censors memorialized and impeached Bieqiebuha. When the memorial was submitted, Grand Censor Yilianzhenban was demoted to pacification commissioner of the Jiang-Zhe Branch Secretariat.
