梁攻時溥，歸厚以麾下先進九里山，遇徐兵而戰，梁故將陳璠叛在徐，歸厚望見識之，瞋目大罵，馳騎直往取之，矢中其左目。 In Liang’s assault on Shi Pu, Guihou led the van at Jiuli Mountain and met Xu troops; Chen Fan, a former Liang general now at Xu, was spotted—Guihou glared, cursed, and spurred straight at him; an arrow took his left eye.
