三年春，世祖命出開、達，與宋兵戰于平田，復戰于巴渠，擒其知軍范燮、統制魏興、路分黃迪、節幹陳子潤等。 In the spring of the third year (1262) the Founder ordered him against Kai and Da. He fought Song forces at Pingtian and again at Baqu, capturing Military Prefect Fan Xie, Commander Wei Xing, Route Commander Huang Di, Staff Officer Chen Zirun, and others.
