丙申，亳州鎮防軍崔複哥殺守臣王賓等，張天綱以便宜授複哥節度使，罷運鐵甲糗糧，州人乃安。 On bingshen Bozhou garrison commander Cui Fuge killed defender Wang Bin and others; Zhang Tiangang made Fuge military commissioner on his own authority, stopped the armor-and-grain levy, and the prefecture settled.
