乙酉,以翰林學士承旨盧質權知汴州軍府事,以禮部尚書崔沂為尚書左丞、判吏部尚書銓事,以兵部侍郎崔協為吏部侍郎,以刑部侍郎、充集賢殿學士、判院事盧文紀為尚書兵部侍郎,依前充集賢殿學士、判院事。
On yiyou, Lu Zhi, Hanlin academician-in-chief, was put in acting charge of Bianzhou's military headquarters; Cui Yi, Minister of Rites, became Left Vice Minister and acting head of Personnel selection; Cui Xie, Vice Minister of War, became Vice Minister of Personnel; and Lu Wenji, Vice Minister of Punishments, Hall of Assembled Worthies academician, and acting institute director, became Vice Minister of War while keeping his Hall of Assembled Worthies and institute posts.
