二十五年，皇太子在冀寧，命立上都分省，達世帖木兒為平章政事，達禮麻識理為右丞，便宜行事，以固護根本。 In 1365, while the crown prince was at Jining, he ordered a Shangdu Branch Secretariat established with Dashitemur as Regional Chancellor and Dalimashili as Right Vice Chancellor, empowered to act at discretion to secure the dynasty's base.
