妖人母乙、董乙聚眾稱天子，建置官屬，友能初縱之，乙等攻劫州縣，末帝發兵擊滅之。 The sorcerers Mu Yi and Dong Yi gathered followers, styled themselves emperors, and appointed officials; Youneng at first let them continue. When they raided prefectures and counties, the Last Emperor sent troops and destroyed them.
