高宗嘉納，特補修武郎，假武功大夫、開州刺史，奉國書副京東運判杜時亮使金。 Gaozong praised and accepted this, specially appointed him repairing martial gentleman, and provisionally made him military glory grand master and prefect of Kaizhou, sending him as deputy on the state letter mission to Jin alongside Eastern Capital transport commissioner Du Shiliang.

汝為行次壽春，遇完顏宗弼軍，不克與時亮會，獨馳入其壁，將上國書。 Ruwei stopped at Shouchun, encountered Wanyan Zongbi's army, could not join Shi Liang, and alone galloped into the enemy camp to present the state letter.
