〖开阳〗杜預曰古鄅。左傳哀三年城啓陽，杜預曰開陽。故属东海，建初五年属。 Kaiyang, Du Yu says, was ancient Yu. When the Zuo Tradition records the walling of Qiyang in Duke Ai 3, Du Yu identifies it as Kaiyang. It had belonged to Donghai until Jianchu 5, when it was transferred here.
