〖琅邪〗山海經雲有琅邪臺，在勃海閒，琅邪之東。郭璞曰：「琅邪臨海邊，有山嶕嶢特起，狀如髙臺。此卽琅邪臺。」齊景公曰：「吾循海而南，放乎琅邪。」越絶曰：「句踐徙琅邪，起觀臺，臺周七里，以望東海。」史記曰秦始皇徙黔首三萬戸琅邪臺下。傳有勞山。 For Langye, the Shanhai jing says that Langye Terrace stood between the Bohai and east of Langye. Guo Pu says, “Langye faces the seashore, where a mountain rises steep and high like a tall terrace. This is Langye Terrace.” Duke Jing of Qi said, “I follow the sea south and wander at Langye.” The Yuejue says, “Goujian moved to Langye and built a viewing terrace; the terrace was seven li around, from which he looked out over the Eastern Sea.” The Shiji adds that Qin Shi Huang moved thirty thousand households of commoners below Langye Terrace; tradition also notes Mount Lao.
