七年，吳王夫差聞齊景公死而大臣爭寵，新君弱，乃興師北伐齊。 In the seventh year, King Fuchai of Wu heard that Duke Jing of Qi had died, that the ministers were competing for favor, and that the new ruler was weak, so he raised troops and attacked Qi in the north.
