自陜以東，周公主之。 The Duke of Zhou governed the territory east of Shan.

成王既幼，周公攝政，當國踐祚，召公疑之，作君奭。 King Cheng was still young, so the Duke of Zhou acted as regent and took charge of the state. The Duke of Shao suspected him and wrote the Jun Shi.

君奭不說周公。 The Jun Shi expressed displeasure with the Duke of Zhou.
