二月癸丑，詔曰：「朕承太祖鴻業，奉宗廟二十五年，德不能綏理宇內，百姓怨望者眾。 On guichou day of the second month, an edict declared: 'I bear the Grand Ancestor's great enterprise, have served the ancestral temples for twenty-five years, my virtue cannot pacify and govern within the domain, and the common people who resent and hope are numerous.
