睿宗既定陝西，元帥府不欲以陝西北鄙與夏國，詔曰：「卿等審處所宜從事。」 Once Emperor Ruizong had secured Shaanxi, marshal headquarters was reluctant to cede the northwestern marches to Xia; an edict said: "You are to weigh what is appropriate and act accordingly."
