或有以系安危之機、兆存亡之變者，臣請披肝膽為陛下別白而重言之。
If there are matters that touch the pivot of security and danger and foretoken survival or extinction, I beg to lay bare my heart and speak of them plainly and at length for Your Majesty.
臣前所謂「哲王之治，其則不遠」者，在陛下慎思之、力行之、始終不懈而已。
