希亮以職在史官，乃類次世祖嘉言善行以進，英宗取其書，置禁中。 In his capacity as historiographer, Xiliang compiled Kublai's memorable sayings and worthy deeds and presented them to the throne. Emperor Yingzong took the work into the inner palace.
