又嘗命度地河北,全照言沿河高阜可分置城堡屯戍者,寧邊軍南、武強縣側凡二處,上重於興役,止命營安平南,徙置祁州。
Ordered to survey Hebei, Quanzhao proposed garrison castles on high ground along the river at two sites south of Ningbian Army and beside Wuqiang County; the emperor, wary of the labor, only built south of Anping and moved Qi Prefecture there.
六年夏,上裁定防秋禦戎之要,命為寧邊軍部署,領兵八千扼要害之路。
