天德二年，海陵立後，皇后乘龍飾肩輿，有司設二步障於殿之西階，設扇左右各十，傘一，此蓋殿庭導引之儀也。 In Tiande 2 (1150), when Emperor Hailing installed the empress, she rode a dragon-decorated shoulder palanquin; the relevant offices set two walking screens at the hall's western steps, ten fans on each side, and one umbrella—this was the hall-court escort ritual.
