光宗受禪，趣召未至，殿中侍御史范處義論其稽命，除知潭州，辭，改太平州。 When Guangzong took the throne, an urgent recall was issued before Ruyu arrived. Palace Censor Fan Chuyi charged him with tardiness. He was named prefect of Tanzhou, declined, and was given Taipingzhou instead.
