命江浙行省左丞帖裏帖木兒、江南行臺侍御史左答納失裏招諭方國珍。 Tie'er Temür, left vice director of the Jiangzhe branch secretariat, and Zuo Danashiri, attendant censor of the Jiangnan branch censorate, were ordered to summon and persuade Fang Guozhen to submit.
