欽宗悉從之，且命王及馮澥往。 Emperor Qinzong agreed to everything and ordered Wang and Feng Xie to go as well.

澥奏言雲誕妄誤國，雲言：「事勢中變，金人必欲得三鎮，不然，則進兵取汴都。」 Feng memorialized that Yun's fabrications had harmed the state. Yun said, "The situation has changed—the Jin will certainly demand the three prefectures, or they will advance on the capital at Bian."
