良輔奏雲南、廣西所屬土司與貴州接壤者，皆改歸貴州安籠鎮節制，命紱往與雲貴總督高其倬會勘，疏請循舊制，從之。 Liangfu had memorialized that native chieftains under Yunnan and Guangxi bordering Guizhou should all be placed under the Anlong garrison of Guizhou. The emperor ordered Fu to go and conduct a joint survey with Yunnan-Guizhou Governor-General Gao Qizhuo. Fu memorialized asking to follow the old arrangements, and his request was approved.
