九年，池州守城賊韋志俊投誠，彭玉麟令翼升往受降，賊酋古隆賢、楊輔清等來爭，擊卻之。 In year nine Chizhou's garrison commander Wei Zhijun defected; Peng Yulin sent Yisheng to take the surrender. Rebel leaders Gu Longxian and Yang Fuqing rushed to dispute it and were beaten back.
