三十九年，侍郎高樸劾左都御史觀保，侍郎申保、倪承寬、吳壇交內監高雲從，洩道府記載。 In Qianlong 39 (1774), Vice Minister Gao Pu impeached Censor-in-Chief Guan Bao, charging that Vice Ministers Shen Bao, Ni Chengkuan, and Wu Tan had dealings with the eunuch Gao Yuncong and leaked provincial inspection records.
