筠乘其怨，密與王蕘、石公霸、何福進等謀，以閏七月二十九日伺契丹守閽者旦食，撞寺鍾為期，相率入據兵庫，次焚牙門，大呼市人，並力擊焉。

On the twenty-ninth of the intercalary seventh month, while the Khitan gate guards were at breakfast, they rang the temple bell as signal, seized the armory, set fire to the headquarters gate, roused the townspeople, and struck together.
時王峻兼節製，以筠及王殷、何福進皆創業功臣，故並加恩焉。
