四年丙戌，高麗使使黑歡方石來賀嗣位，康宗使杯魯報聘，且尋前約，取亡命之民，高麗許之。 In the fourth year, bingxu year, Goryeo sent Heihuan and Fangshi to congratulate Kangzong on his accession. Kangzong sent Peilu on a return mission to renew the earlier agreement for the return of fugitives, and Goryeo consented.
