九月，詔福建黃華畬軍，有恒產者放為民，無恒產與妻子者編為守城軍。 In the ninth month, an edict ordered that among the Fujian Huang Hua She troops, those with fixed property be released to civilian status, and those without property, together with their wives and children, be enrolled as wall-garrison troops.
