長齡，字懋亭，薩爾圖克氏，蒙古正白旗人，尚書納延泰子，惠齡之弟也。 Chang Ling, whose style was Maoting, was of the Sartu clan, a Mongol of the Plain White Banner. He was the son of Minister Nayantai and younger brother of Hui Ling.
