戊戌，以襄州兵馬都監、守磁州刺史康福為朔方、河西等節度使，靈、威、雄、警、涼等州觀察使。 On wuxu Kang Fu—Xiang army supervisor and acting Ci prefect—became Shuofang and Hexi commissioner and observer of Ling, Wei, Xiong, Jing, and Liang.

時朔方將吏請帥於朝廷，故命福往鎮之。 Shuofang officers had asked court for a commander; hence Fu was sent to take the post.

詔新授朔方節度使康福將兵萬人赴鎮。 An edict ordered newly appointed Shuofang commissioner Kang Fu to march ten thousand troops to his post.

十二月丁酉，靈武康福奏：「破野利、大蟲兩族三百餘帳於方渠，獲牛羊三萬。」 On dingyou in the twelfth month Kang Fu of Lingwu reported: "We routed the Yeli and Dachong—more than three hundred households—at Fangqu and took thirty thousand cattle and sheep."

明宗遣靈武康福、邠州藥彥稠等出兵討之，福等擊破阿埋、韋悉、褒勒、強賴、埋廝骨尾及其大首領連香、李八薩王，都統悉那、埋摩，侍御乞埋、嵬悉逋等族。 Mingzong dispatched Kang Fu of Lingwu and Yao Yanchou of Bin Prefecture with troops to suppress them. Fu and his commanders broke the Amai, Weixi, Baole, Qianglai, and Maisigui tribes, together with their great chieftains Lianxiang and Li Basawang, commanders-in-chief Sina and Maimo, attendants Qimai and Weisibu, and other clans.
