丙寅，以漢州就糧歸捷指揮使張建雄為濮州刺史，以金州守禦指揮使康彥環為金州防禦使。 On bingyin Zhang Jianxiong, commander of the Han provisioning victory corps, was appointed prefect of Pu, and Kang Yanhuan, Jin's defense commander, was made defense commissioner of Jin.

建雄、彥環皆因亂害本州刺史，自知州事，故有是命。 During the chaos Jianxiong and Yanhuan had each killed his prefect and taken charge of the prefecture himself, which led to these commissions.
