又伺突厥虛實，陰以章聞，為虜邏騎所獲，處羅可汗怒，囚子升，於是子和危畏，舉部南徙，詔內延州故城。 He also spied on Turk strength and weakness and secretly sent memorials reporting what he learned, but Turk patrol riders captured him. Khan Chuluo was enraged and imprisoned Zihe's son Zisheng. Feeling exposed, Zihe moved his whole following south, and an edict settled them in Yanzhou's abandoned city.
