其民羯羠不均，自全晉之時固已患其僄悍，而武靈王益厲之，其謠俗猶有趙之風也。 The people are rough and uneven in temperament. Even in the days of united Jin, their fierce and violent spirit was cause for concern, and King Wuling only encouraged it further. Their songs and customs still bear the stamp of Zhao.
