以勳戚，每有軍事，與厙狄干常被委重，而不能忘懷財利，神武每嫌責之。 As a meritorious kinsman, whenever there was military business he and Kudie Gan were often entrusted with weighty command, yet he could not put aside profit; Gao Huan frequently reproved him for it.

厙狄干與景在神武坐，請作御史中尉。 Kudie Gan and Jing, while seated with Gao Huan, asked to serve as censor-in-chief.

干曰：「欲捉尉景。」 Kudie Gan said, "To arrest Wei Jing."

天保初，封厙狄干等為王，粲以父不預王爵，大恚恨，十餘日閉門不朝。 At the beginning of Tianbao, Kudie Gan and others were enfeoffed as princes; Can, because his father had not received a princely title, was greatly resentful and for more than ten days shut his door and did not attend court.
