有臨江路總管李倜，素狡獪，而又附大臣勢，以控持省憲，夢解按其贓罪，而一道澄清。 The circuit intendant Li Ti of Linjiang was notoriously cunning and used powerful patrons to intimidate the provincial censorate. Mengjie prosecuted him for embezzlement and restored integrity throughout the circuit.
