崇本乃李茂貞養子，任邠州二十餘年，去歲為其子彥魯所毒。 Chongben, Maozhen's adoptee, had ruled Bin twenty years until Yanlu poisoned him last year.

彥魯領知州事五十餘日，保衡殺彥魯送款於帝，即以保衡為華州節度使，以河陽留後霍彥威為邠州節度使。 Yanlu ruled fifty days; Baoheng killed him and surrendered; the Emperor made Baoheng commissioner of Hua and Huo Yanwei of Bin.
