遣侍臣李眾馳祀嶽瀆名山川，太子戒其所至郡邑，毋煩吏迎送，重擾民也。 He sent the attendant minister Li Zhong to sacrifice at famous mountains and rivers. The crown prince warned the districts he passed through not to trouble officials with welcoming parties, lest the people be burdened again.
