又以江浙儒學副提舉劉基為其院經歷，蕭山縣尹蘇友龍為照磨，而宜孫又辟郡人胡深、葉琛、章溢參謀其軍事。 He also appointed the Jiang-Zhe vice promoter of Confucian learning Liu Ji as director of his bureau and the Xiaoshan magistrate Su Youlong as registrar, while Yisun further recruited the men of his prefecture Hu Shen, Ye Chen, and Zhang Yi to advise on military affairs.

宜孫用基等謀，或搗以兵，或誘以計，未幾，皆殲殄無遺類。 Yisun used the plans of Ji and the others—sometimes striking with troops, sometimes luring with stratagems—and before long all were wiped out without survivors.
