桂管劉士政懼，遣其將陳可璠、王建武等率兵守全義嶺。 Liu Shizheng, commissioner of Guiguan, grew alarmed and sent Chen Kefan, Wang Jianwu, and others to hold Quanyi Ridge with an army.

殷遣使聘於士政，使者至境上，可璠等不納。 Yin sent envoys to treat with Liu Shizheng, but when they reached the frontier Chen Kefan and his men refused them entry.

殷怒，遣瓊等以兵七千攻之，擒可璠等及其兵二千餘人，悉坑之，遂圍桂管，虜士政，盡取其屬州。 Enraged, Yin sent Li Qiong with seven thousand men. They captured Chen Kefan and more than two thousand troops and buried them alive, then besieged Guiguan, took Liu Shizheng captive, and annexed all his dependent prefectures.
