丙辰，以秘書監呂琦為禮部侍郎，歸德軍節度使趙在禮改天平軍節度使，昭義軍節度使兼侍衛親軍馬步軍都虞候杜重威改忠武軍節度使，忠武軍節度使、侍衛親軍馬步軍都指揮使劉知遠改歸德軍節度使，前河陽節度使兼奉國左右廂都指揮使侯益改昭義軍節度使。 On bingchen Lü Qi, palace library director, became vice minister of rites; Zhao Zaili of Guide became Tianping military commissioner; Du Chongwei of Zhaoyi became Zhongwu military commissioner; Liu Zhiyuan of Zhongwu became Guide military commissioner; and Hou Yi, former Heyang commissioner, became Zhaoyi military commissioner.
