至於隆升，國人皆曰不可，猶未罷斥。 but as for Longsheng, everyone says he should not be used, yet he has still not been dismissed.

不惟不罷斥隆升而已，如王士俊以加賦為墾荒，肆毒中州，又請為田文鏡立賢良祠。 Not only has Longsheng not been dismissed; men such as Wang Shijun, who treated tax increases as land reclamation and wantonly harmed the central provinces, also requested establishing a shrine of worthy and good men for Tian Wenjing.
